Not everyone who is new to Greenbrier Fitness is new to the world of fitness. If you’ve been working out for a while, then you may not need to go through Fundamentals and the “I’m a Beginner” expectations aren’t really for you either. Let’s get you acclimated to the gym as quickly as possible so you can continue on crushing your goals.
Communication
When arriving at a class, let the coach know about any injuries or experiences you have. They may assume you are brand new if they’ve never seen you before.
Respect the Space
While we highly encourage athletes to spend extra time working on skills (we even program some) we also emphasize the need to be aware of your surroundings. For example, working on handstand walks during a crowded class may not be the best idea.
Schedule Time
If you are following additional programming and need extra time to be in the gym, ask the coaches what the open gym schedule looks like, or if there’s a time you can be there. We want you to succeed and crush your goals, and we’ll do what it takes to help you do that.
Find a Workout Partner
Having someone to workout with will only make things better, so join our Facebook communityand see who’s available to workout with you.
Personal Training
If you’re looking for some additional help with a specific skill set, we do offer personal training, geared towards helping you accomplish your goals. We also offer an Olympic lifting class that you may find helpful.
We want you to feel at home here, so let us know how we can help. Welcome to Greenbrier Fitness!
